Registration Details Lunch/Refreshments: To make the most of our time, lunch and refreshments are provided on site. Exhibit Hall Access: Dozens of organizations and ministries will be on site to share with you the most recent ministry tools. Free eTraining Videos: Instructions will be sent after 02/01/2017 on how to access these free eTraining files. BGMC Banquet: Join the celebration of missions giving on Wednesday night. Limited to the first 500 registrants. On-Site Store Coupon for My Healthy Church: A selection of items will qualify for purchase at a discount. Only one item per coupon. Not redeemable for cash. Non-transferrable. Conference Shirt: Select the size during registration. Receive the shirt at check-in. Add $3 for XXL and larger. Audio Session Flash Drive: All workshops and super sessions will be audio recorded and available for purchase on site. Files are delivered on a flash drive after the conference for use in your local church. Refunds: All registrations are non-transferrable and must be used by the person who’s name is on the registration. Should an attendee cancel a refund will be issued upon request less a $35.00 per person processing fee. All refunds must be requested in writing no later than April 2, 2017. What about kids and childcare: We really do LOVE kids but children are not allowed (except for nursing babies) at the AGKidmin Conference. Unfortunately, kids can be a distraction and we have purposefully created this space for adults to learn, connect and grow together. So please make other arrangements for your child(ren) while attending the conference.
